Frequently Asked Questions

Most people I work with are not professional speakers or performers—and many feel uneasy at first. My role is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can speak naturally, without pressure to be perfect or “perform.”

No problem! Many people are not used to speaking on camera, and pauses or re-starts are completely normal. If you lose your place, I’ll gently guide you back on track in the moment, and the recording is later edited so only the strongest, most natural moments remain.

If helpful, I can also offer simple phrase-by-phrase prompts during recording, so you’re never trying to hold everything in your head at once. Your final audio remains completely natural, with my voice edited out.

That’s completely normal. Most people begin with only a general idea of what they want to say. I provide a clear framework for the conversation and guide you through it step-by-step so you always know what direction we’re going in.

Some people prefer speaking from a loose outline, while others feel more comfortable preparing detailed wording ahead of time. Both approaches work well.

The session usually lasts 60 minutes. Finished pieces are typically 3–5 minutes in length. Editing, review, revisions, and final delivery typically take up to four weeks. Deadlines can be accommodated if needed. Once delivered, the video is ready for immediate use.

Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to review the video draft before it is finalized. If something feels off or you’d like a small adjustment, we refine it.

Anywhere you’re comfortable! The recording is done remotely using your Smartphone—no technical skills needed. You can be at home, at work, or anywhere you feel relaxed.

You’ll need a smartphone and a tripod with a phone mount attachment. If you don’t already have one, I can send you a link to an inexpensive tripod that works very well for this process.

While Android phones and computer webcams can be used in a pinch, iPhones produce much better video quality.

While Zoom is perfectly adequate for everyday meetings, it is not designed for high-quality video production and can sometimes suffer from compression, audio glitches, and reduced image quality.

We use professional recording software that captures high-resolution video and clear audio, resulting in a polished and professional final product.

Before our session, you’ll download a free app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play. I’ll provide simple instructions beforehand.

Professional portraits, candid images, office photos, and meaningful personal images can all be incorporated if desired.

That’s just fine!

Most DIY recordings can quickly become frustrating, time-consuming, or harder to finish than expected.

Here, the process is guided from beginning to end.

Your ideas are shaped into a clear, natural presentation, the technical details are handled for you, and the final result reflects you at your best — calm, clear, approachable, and professionally presented — without the awkwardness or unevenness common in DIY videos.

Yes! When people hear your voice and see you, they gain a clearer sense of who you are and how you operate. The right clients feel reassured and reach out with confidence.
