About Me

I help therapists present themselves on video in a way that feels natural, clear, and genuinely aligned with who they are.

My background blends portrait photography, health care, and training in verbal communication. That combination has taught me that helping someone feel at ease is just as important as any technical detail—and often what makes the biggest difference on camera.

Background and Experience

I trained at the New England School of Photography and spent over 25 years running a portrait business. During that time, I developed a strong eye for framing, light, and what helps someone look genuinely good on camera.

Alongside my photography work, I also worked as a licensed massage therapist — experience that deepened my ability to help people feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease in vulnerable situations.

I’ve also studied communication through public speaking with Toastmasters and classes in theatrical improvisation. This training enabled me to help people express themselves — whether speaking off the cuff or working from prepared ideas.

Taken together, these experiences shaped not only how I see and listen, but how I work with people — helping them feel comfortable to come across clearly, warmly, and at their best on camera.

A Personal Thread

I grew up in a family that valued both care and creativity. Both of my parents were therapists: my father was a physician, my mother an RN and MSW, and there was a strong appreciation for communication and the arts.

That influence still shapes how I work today—with care, patience, and respect for each person’s individual style.

How I Work

When we work together, my role is to make the process simple and comfortable. I guide you to communicate in a way that feels natural and true to your personality, so the final result feels like you—not something stiff or staged.
